JILIEVO Terms and Conditions for All Players

1. General Terms

To use JILIEVO, you must be at least 21 years old and you must also be legally allowed to take part in online gaming and betting in your area. If you're in the Philippines, make sure you meet the minimum age and follow all local regulations. 2. Account and Registration

To register with JILIEVO, you will need to fill out the sign-up form and provide accurate personal information such as your complete name, email address, mobile number, and date of birth. JILIEVO reserves the right to verify your identity and may request a valid government-issued ID or other documentation to confirm your details. Until the verification is complete, your ability to withdraw funds may be temporarily limited. If you supply false information or create more than one account, JILIEVO may suspend or close all associated accounts and declare any winnings or bonuses void. Always keep your account information up to date, and notify us right away if anything changes. JILIEVO also holds the right to reject any registration or terminate an existing account at any time, with or without prior notice.

Account Verification

As part of our security measures and to prevent fraud, JILIEVO follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Depending on your activity, you may be asked to submit any of the following:

JILIEVO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or special damages that may come out of your use of our services. In all cases, the most we will owe you is the balance that's currently sitting in your JILIEVO account.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

JILIEVO has the right to suspend or close your account at any time, for any reason, particularly when we find that you've broken any of our user policies. If you're the one who wants to close your account, all you need to do is contact our customer support team and they will assist you through the process. Before we finalize the closure, all outstanding bets must be settled and any remaining balance should be withdrawn based on our payout guidelines. Once your account is closed, you will no longer be able to access or use JILIEVO's services.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Handling

These platform terms are governed by the laws that apply to JILIEVO's licensing jurisdiction. In case a dispute ever comes up between you and JILIEVO, our first step will always be to settle it through open conversation and good-faith negotiation. If that doesn't work out, the disagreement will be brought to arbitration for a final decision. You also agree that you won't join any class action lawsuit against JILIEVO.
